Update on videos, calls earlier in day, no duplicate calls (nurse to read case before calling), voice and tone of calls, but all in all love the people!

I was pregnant last year, and gave birth to our son who had a medical condition and passed away at 7 days. We informed the navigator and nurse. Every new doctor that I saw wen on congratulating us which made me extremely shaken. There could have been a note that everyone sees. I addressed this with my patient navigator and she promised to get this fixed. I have no other comments everything has been great. We love dr Tran

While I feel like all the people at Spring are well trained and I do not doubt they are highly competent and good at what they do. I do feel like the operations could be better. For example it was a struggle getting the rx to the correct pharmacy a few times for the normal stuff like antibiotics and birth control. While I know that Kaiser can be difficult to deal with, we should not have had to go to Walgreens multiple times for pick up. Additionally the day I was supposed to start my meds, I never received a phone call till 6:20pm informing me of my dosages. The lady apologized and said she was running behind but a quick email or text letting us know prior would have been nice. Especially since it is extremely difficult to cal Spring after a certain time bc no one is there to answer the phone. Lastly, my MD informed me he was going to be out of town for my procedure, I asked if I had a choice of who could do it in place of him and he said yes they would make that happen. It actually took 3 attempts to have a flag generated on my chart indicating this. Overall the procedure went great but up to the day off I did not feel very confident in Springs abilities to handle the details. You hear of recent cases of incorrect embryo placements and those are not intentionally done but maybe someone overlooked a detail. For being a boutique facility I really did not expect for them to overlook these kind of details.

Throughout the five years with Spring, I have had So many serious and concerning issues including emotional safety, health information, financial issues, lack of contact from the doctor. I really want to make clear that the care team and the nurses and the customer navigators are amazing. I can�t speak to the other doctors but Dr. Tran has made me feel worthless, hopeless and a nuisance. It is unacceptable

Make sure calendars are in sync with messages and instructions. Sometimes they�re not updated and it can be confusing

Overall the experience was great. This is my fourth round and my only comment is that I wish the team was more proactive with the consultations. I found that in many cases I needed to question the protocol rather then being co silted about the decisions being made. It would also increase the level of confidence that I had in the direction of the protocol.
