Couple issues i want to note here. 1. The treatment dosages were mixed up as written on my treatment calendar in the portal, this wasn't a big deal as I knew what you meant but still important to note 2. It was a huge pain reordering medications, this seems like it is more progyny's fault though 3. I had an amazing blood work experience with the one nurse I saw often, but the one time I had someone else it was not great, and they couldn't do it 4. Dr. Klatsky is great but when I had a lot questions for him during my checkins it seems like he was in a rush probably because he had a lot of other appointments which is understandable, but it would have helped put me a bit more at ease 5. I am not sure how many collaboration is happening between nurses, a few times I talked to one nurse who said they would tell my main nurse something, and they never did 7. I think you all should keep the area in which procedures are happening clear of people other than patients, it was not a great feeling for me to be in the gown in the open area with people's husbands/friends/whoever walking in and out and I was a bit anxious already, having that area crowded was not great. I really appreciate the flexibility with scheduling because it is very hard for me to take time off work. I also really appreciate Dr. Harris� team for being so available for me and my husband since this has been a long journey for us and we need a lot of reassurance. Thank you!

I have been very happy with my experience at Spring but I do have to say that my transfer day left me feeling a bit disappointed. They were running about 30 or so minutes behind which is fine, things happen but it's uncomfortable when you have a very full bladder. I was allowed to relieve myself a bit while I waited but was then nervous about releasing too much, it's a nerve-racking moment. I understand this was very different than my egg retrieval but once the transfer was done I felt a little rushed. I was told to use the restroom, get dressed, and I was free to go. I didn't even get a moment to sit back down and process what had just happened. This was a huge moment for us and naturally we had questions. It would have been nice to be allowed to sit back down and have someone go over the recovery instructions rather than just receive them in the portal.
