Everyone and every aspect of the patient experience was fantastic! I even looked forward to every appointment and the retrieval because it was such a pleasant experience. The communication couldn�t have been better and the portal was extremely helpful to keep me organized and on top of everything.

Everything was great. I just would have appreciated a bit more hand holding the first day of my injections. It was very overwhelming and I had to call to receive video modules. The live seminar was helpful but because it was many days before my start date, I couldn't really retain the information.

I feel like there could have been more transparency with the cost as I didn�t find out the full cost and itemization until I asked for it. Overall, it was a good experience and I felt taken care of by the team. Whenever I reached out with a question, the team responded promptly and reassured me.

Overall I had a great experience. The tiniest issue that I ran into was not being able to access a nurse after hours. One Saturday night I had a question around 7pm and called a few times between 7-9 and was not able to reach someone. Luckily it was medium- time sensitive and could wait to the next day but had it been urgent that would have been very worrisome.

The entire experiences from start to finish was comforting and delightful. The team provided timely and comprehensive updates throughout the process. I have already recommended Spring Fertility to anyone who is curious or interested in the Bay Area.

The injection videos need to be updated and the after hours line needs to be staffed better. I would have liked to have spring and my team monitor my medication amount and let me know if I�ll need to order more. When there are extra parts, that should be told ahead of time to reduce confusion. The nurse calls should be earlier than after work hours to ensure a decent conversation and professional. Overall, I am happy with my experience but there is many areas of improvement needed. Thanks!

Overall I have had a really great experience with Spring and happy with our decision to purse treatment here. I feel at some points I have had to drive the process forward or had to follow up on things I didn�t really expect to and it was frustrating at times. I also do not feel I was given realistic expectations of what my recovery would look like after egg retrieval and found that to be very difficult. Finally I think it would be wonderful if Spring offered more emotional/ mental support resources
