Is it standard to email out of the blue requesting payment in 24 hours or else my appointment would be cancelled? I had an appt on a Monday and received an email on the Thursday before demanding payment (or else my appt would be cancelled) by Friday. I was on vacation at the time and it was such a scramble to get on a computer and deal with this. You should give people more than 24 hours notice- it seemed very weird. Some people don�t even check their personal email every 24 hours.

I sometimes felt as though the doctors were rushed during the ultrasound appointments, as though they were double booked and needed to get somewhere else. My care was overall excellent, and the procedure went great. I have a huge amount of trust in my primary doctor and nurse, who knew my case in and out and always made time for my questions and to validate my wellbeing. But I didn�t always feel good during and after the quick ultrasound interactions with doctors outside my team.

Outstanding care from the entire team, made the whole process so much less stressful.

I had a great experience with Spring through 2 different egg retrieval cycles. Everyone is incredibly welcoming, friendly and also very mindful of the emotional nature of fertility planning. I really appreciated the environment and experience that the team created every step of the way. Thank you so much!

Overall great experience. The only feedback was the cost was more then the doctor first initially estimated during our initial consult. Loved the doctor but just wanted to note may want to ensure Doctors are up to date with price ranges.
