The care team instructions and videos for injections are very helpful however it would maybe be beneficial to create a document not unlike IKEA furniture instructions. Some thing static and very easy to follow and reference during the first injection process. I found it difficult to pause and replay the video when I did my injections the first time and it�s shot from really far away so I�m diagram or illustration lead static document that can go through the process in detail and be an easy Visual reference could be really beneficial.

I couldn�t have asked for a better patient care experience from Spring. From Dr. Harris, Beth, and Kimberly to the medical assistants and retrieval day staff, I felt extremely well cared for!
