Would like to be able to message the doctor directly as well. UCSF uses epic and patients can directly message the doctor.

Dr Pasternak is the best doctor I have ever had. She has an enormous knowledge and amount of empathy. She has changed my mind on what I thought a doctor could be during this process. I am so grateful for her, she is amazing! I did end up referring a friend because of Dr Pasternak.

Not all nurses are good with blood draws and ivs. If patients are known to have tricky veins to poke, they should be assigned nurses who are highly skilled/experienced. My Iv insertion was extremely painful :( this is my only negative feedback, everything else was extremely positive and I�m happy with the result

Everyone has been wonderful

This is my second transfer and I am very positive about my experiences with spring. This time, with growth of your business, it was a shame not to have a consistent care team as we did in our first round. I used to see the same nurses, medical assistants and My doctor regularly. Overall the standard or care remains excellent but I really value the personal experience too. Overall, Spring is amazing and the experience (and outcomes!) has brought us great joy. Thank you!!
