The best care I�ve ever received

Pre-op nurse on the day of the retrieval was extremely uncommunicative and even verbally combative with me. When I requested something simple, she literally ran away and left us sitting there for 30 minutes. The day of paperwork had an error on it, the whole thing made it way more stressful than it should have been. Rest of the nurses & team were great but were very unhappy with how the pre-op nurse treated us. I have done multiple rounds and spring and generally very pleased with the care. But this last round I was very disappointed. The team seems very overworked/stressed and is not prioritizing patient care. Seems like you have too many patients to take care of now. Not sure what is going on, but the details are being lost.

Overall really good experience. My main nurse is great but when she is not there the on-call nurse is not the most helpful. Dr. Tran has been great, but I don�t think we feel like there�s a plan for next steps (often this is not done in advance, which causes some stress for us). And at the end of the day, all we really care about is having success- at this point we haven�t yet so there is a little frustration and worry over whether we are doing the right things.
