Another amazing experience this round at Spring! I wish all clinics functioned like Spring!

All the staff were nice. Were just extremely heartbroken it wasnt successful.

The level of emails and content was frankly overwhelming, after I shared with the nurse and navigators that I needed more streamlined communication with more explicit deadlines for Fe soon making the experience vastly improved and I have so much gratitude for how they helped me, otherwise I fear that with the various emails and links and notifications it was way more than I anticipated and quite overwhelming. The only other area that has been a surprise is the level of pain and continued side effects I am feeling (even a month later). My friend was very helpful and communicative but it still has been a surprise, esp experience 8-9 level pain for 1-2 days after surgery, and the longevity of not feeling 100%. It would have helped me plan for work absences if I had prepared for this rather than underprepared. Im still grateful for the help and comms, and esp for Dr Fishers time in explaining things to me.

We were told we would meet the embryologist on the day of retrieval and never did, we had questions for them. I would have liked Dr Tran to say hi before or after the procedure and requested that he stop by but never did. I often feel confused by my protocol and have lots of questions that have never been answered.

Would be helpful to recommend staying on hydrocodone for first 24 hours

Ive been both pleased and satisfied. Particularly enjoying Dr. Zore and retrieval was much more pleasant than expected - the little touches are appreciated.

I would strive to be more inclusive of LGBTQ patients. All marketing materials are of heterosexual couples and when getting into pre op I was asked what his name is by the nurse (when asking about my partner). Some patients are LGBT+ and it would be nice to have more inclusive language from staff.
