Overall the experience was really amazing. All the doctors I saw were incredible, especially Dr. Pasternak. She made the experience wonderful and I appreciate her relatability and sense of humor. My only comments are about preparing the patient a bit more on eating and dietary recommendations and concerns during this process. The other comment is the ladies at the front desk could be a little more welcoming and nurturing. Most of the time I feel like I got the dear in the headlights look and were a bit cold. My patient navigator was fantastic!

The bird sounds along with the music in the lobby at SF office were not a good mix. The receptionist on day of retrieval had zero personality and barely spoke to me but everyone else was great! Going into the retrieval room seemed a bit awkward and one doctor was rushing me through a couple of questions. Monitoring visits were great and I appreciated the personal involvement of the doctor and seeing the whole thing on the big screen. Would be good to have the follicle counts and sizes posted to the portal.

It would be a much better experience to have communication while you are going through the injection process, given that it�s not as easy to understand for everyone. Much mor e information on side effects of not only the process but the medications would be helpful. Being able to talk with a nurse while injections are going on at 8pm-10pm are crucial. Can�t believe that is not available at the moment.

I�ve been disappointed with both egg retrieval�s and feel the protocols and the selected day to trigger are so subjective and not optimized for my age as a 45 year old. I did share published research on optimized trigger time for 43 to 49 year olds (trigger when majority of follicles are 16-18 mm resulting in statistically significant increase in live births, but that was not done for either of my egg retrievals.

I was completely blown away by the care I received at every step. I get like I was treated as a person and not a number. We all get like a team striving towards a goal. I always felt very informed and supported. I�ve loved my experience with Spring.

Blood draw experiences were not good. One staff inexperienced and twice left with big bruising and irritation after small draw
