the medication process is frustrating. my prior authorizations were often missing or expired. borrowing loaner meds was frustrating too because there was no clear way of documenting that I returned it even when I asked for written confirmation. why is there a receipt for when I borrow the medications, but I'm not able to get a receipt for when I return it? so I am still waiting on a refund for medication that I borrowed.

I didn't anticipate the intensity of some of the side effects, eg bloating post-retrieval. I also made mistakes in my dosage despite the multiple rounds of education received. I also similarly experienced a mistake in a phone call appointment despite information clearly being displayed. One note to minimize confusion for me is to spell out the month since I'm used to a DD/MM/YY format. Lastly, provider visits/checks felt a bit rushed for a first-timer.

Spring provides excellent service and is a well oiled machine. The one area for improvement is for there to be more space and time to ask questions during monitoring appointments. It would also be helpful to have a follow up call with the doctor soon after each procedure to discuss results and next steps and answer questions.

This is my third transfer with Spring and I must say the interaction w the patient from the care team has declined significantly w time. I love Tran and believe in him so I come back / in fact Ive prob recommended hundreds of patients but they all come back speaking poorly of the actual experience w nursing and nurse navigators. I didnt really meet anyone this experience that felt that they wanted to help or be there, Im a physician and dont need much hand holding but I was surprised how bad it was. In fact after my transfer the nurse literally pushed me off the table. I normally like to lay for a moment just to take it in- the moment is a big one/ the start of a life. She literally pulled me up and pushed me out - it felt oddly horrible. I never do surveys but Im doing this so someone gets the feed back bc I do believe in Tran and his skill for this important part of medicine.

Overall I had a quite positive experience. I understand that there are many patients to see. I did feel rushed at times, though, and it was frustrating that at times I could not speak directly with my provider when I had questions / concerns. I also would have appreciated it if it was a little more clear how to reach a nurse after hours if something went wrong during injections/trigger (I now realize there was an option for this, but I wasn't aware of it). Finally, and again I do understand the high volume of patients, but it would have been nice to be able to follow up with my provider in the week following the retrieval, and to feel like my provider was a little more available to check in about my cycle.
