My husband and I came to Spring after two awful IVF rounds at our clinic back home on the other side of the country. There is a stark difference in how Spring operates - incredibly efficient, superb communication with my Patient Navigator (Marina) and Nurse (Irina), and their willingness to answer my countless questions. Spring is so organized and well run, it�s a shame that not all clinics operate this way. Understanding the financials was incredibly easy, and it�s a Godsend to have discount rates for mini stim protocols. Our doctor (Dr Minjarez) has been amazing. We went from being incredibly stressed at our previous clinic and being told that we would need donor eggs to having what we feel is a very successful first cycle with her. We are THRILLED to have found Spring.

We love spring. We�ve had such a great experience thus far. The only issue I�ve had at all was that my initial nurse was not a good match for me and I�m happy I finally spoke up and asked to be paired with someone different. Other than that everything has been pretty seamless.

Most of my appts ran late and started late. this. That was frustrating. I got parking ticket too.
