Most of my appts ran late this time around . That was frustrating.

I love many things about Spring! The one thing I notice is a little disorganization in terms of what is communicated to me at an appointment and what shows up in my portal, or once there was a wrong medication amount entered in my portal and then it was adjusted when I noticed. These small details can make an impact on the egg freezing cycle which is really expensive! So managing details is very important

I loved my care team and I'm so grateful for every question they answered. They put my mind at ease through the whole process (as much as possible).

Spring has been nothing but outstanding during the journey. I will continue to recommend your team to everyone (local or not ;))

Spring has been amazing!! This is such a stressful process to go through and the team at Spring has be incredible from day one. I feel like a person and not a number. Everything went well and all of the staff was awesome- the only thing I suggest is making sure potential patients aren�t currently on birth control. I was on bc during my first evaluation and had to come back a few months later and pay for another blood test. After that, everything was 100% awesome and everyone was wonderful. So my only feedback is to include �are you currently on bc� in your initial evaluation call with potential patients. Thanks Spring!!!!
