The only area for improvement was on the notification of my fertilization report. The individual who called me got the information wrong and was somewhat difficult to understand. I had an outcome that was drastically different from my expectations and in a scenario like that I would have preferred a nurse that could better explain and answer my questions in the moment. When I spoke with my regular nurse for the day 3 report she was able to address me questions/concerns, however if made for an emotionally traumatic couple of days between conversations. Note- my fertilization report fell on weekend so that may have been a factor but it should not be. Everything else had been excellent with my Spring experience.

It felt a bit weird going into the operating room and not recognizing a single person. None of the doctors or nurses had met with me before. It was a totally different team of people. I wish there had been a familiar face.

This was my 3rd round and I generally had a good experience with you. The medication videos are a huge improvement over the PDFs. And I have always felt Dr. Klatsky was trustworthy. Also the doctor and anesthesiologist who did my final round were both amazimg and made me feel more comfortable than ever before - thanks to them! Some constructive feedback: 1. Ultrasound appts feel very rushed. While I love getting in/out fast, it would be nice if the doc would ask "any questions?" Before leaving. 2. The emails you send with the initial details on the procedure are confusing. This would be better articulated in a document with formatting. I got it bc it wasn't my first time but for newbies that's a mess. 3. I had several difficult blood draws with you this last round and both of my last rounds the nurse had me gushing blood when she inserted the IV. Not sure if it's a fluke but that's not a great experience. 4. My biggest gripe is that your nurses gave me a lot of grief about having a commercial driver pick me up. Your documentation says this is ok, so please train your onsite teams to respect that decision. It adds stress to an already difficult day when you have to explain what a commercial driver is 4x to the same person and be made to feel like you have done something wrong. This was an issue on both of my last 2 retrievals and left a bad impression on me. Thank you!

After my retrieval procedure, I was told by a nurse that my procedure took 45+min and I had some bleeding that required a suture. It would have been nice to get a little more detail on what went wrong? Was that normal? How does it effect my recovery, etc? I reached out to my care team and they were able to give me some answers on the recovery later on. But it would have been nice to get more of an explanation. Other than that, absolutely everything has been fantastic. The small touches during the procedure day (heated robe, truffles, etc) made me feel so pampered and at ease. The staff and my care team have all been professional and kind. I'm telling all my friends what an amazing experience I've had with spring so far.

I absolutely loved the Tran care team. Even though I have never met any of them in person, Michelle and Jill were very responsive with any questions I had. Both Jill and Michelle were wonderful and easy to talk to. Dr. Tran and Dr. Harris made me feel comfortable during egg retrieval and transfer. I would always recommend Spring to anyone who is looking for a fertility clinic with a compassionate team.

The Spring Fertility team has been such an amazing support system. If I ever had a question the team was available, patient and calm in their response.
