Cvs specialty pharmacy is a pain in the butt. Don�t think that was springs fault

A photo of the embryo as a keepsake feels like a nice touch, though I wasn't offered one. Not sure if that's something you could offer in the future?

The spring family is amazing. My nurse Onjira is super responsive and helps address all my questions. The entire front office plus all the assistants are so warm and caring. And of course Dr Tran and all the other drs I�ve had appts with are awesome

Loved everything! You guys are wonderful, and it was a luxurious experience all around.

My embryo transfer was traumatic. It took a long time to find my uterus. That should NOT have happened. Every single doctor there needs to know how to find a uterus. I was in a lot of pain the whole time. Dr. Tran was able to instruct Dr. Pasternak but he should have just taken over at that point. As a patient I have no power at that moment. This should have been handled differently. Other than this I�m thrilled with spring and absolutely love Dr Minjarez.

The flowers Spring sent during the first FET were a really nice touch! The only minor improvement I might ask for is a print out of the treatment calendar. I know spring is pretty set on paperless,but having the treatment calendar on paper is immensely helpful (you need something to post on your fridge!)

Will not be recommending to anyone, if I could give 0 stars, I would. The nursing staff that roomed me, the phlebotomist, the nurse at the surgery center, and the patient navigator were amazing. I did not like my doctor nor did I like his nurse, they were rude and blew me off.

Dr. Klatsky seems to really care and provided a very personalized treatment that made me feel comfortable with what could otherwise be a stressful process.

Wait time was a bit long, though consultation was pretty informative.
