I shared this with spring but the nurse that gave me my lab results was horrible. She told me I was going to miscarry and showed no acknowledgement for how painful that was and gave me no information about the HCG or how to proceed. I shared the details in a separate email and call.

Communication was challenging. Doctor asked me about if I was doing a fresh transfer when I asked a medical question (I was doing retrieval only, no embryo creation, for medical reasons). Privacy is always terrible here insofar as receive plain emails regarding treatment and containing intimate details of my medical history; this is inappropriate and Spring needs to find a way to make private and secure messaging for patients. A lot of last minute changes in appointment and location scheduling request by provider created logistical challenges for me, making what is otherwise a relatively straightforward process, quite challenging and nerve wracking. I really hope follow up and next steps are smoother. Hardly any contact with my navigator this cycle. My main nurse wasn�t even on my care team.

Please don�t send me surveys about my transfer. It failed and I don�t need a text message reminder of that. Thank you!

The medical and healthcare team at Spring are awesome - professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The only thing we felt could be improved upon is the transparency of finances and the responsiveness of the finance team.

I would appreciate more explanation during the monitoring ultrasounds.

Laurel my nurse was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She was always available and most of all extremely compassionate in what can be a very emotional and difficult process. Laurel was truly the best! On the other hand the finance contact felt difficult the entire time.

Overall, I appreciate the thoughtfulness and care Spring has put into making sure things were safe during pandemic. However, during one ultrasound visit, the doctor's mask was not secured properly to his face and this made me feel uncomfortable, as he was also talking close to me before the ultrasound.

Great experience, I have recommended this clinic to other women.

It would be awesome if Spring can offer matching patients up with similar fertility struggles into support groups especially after successful transfers so we have someone who has gone through the same thing to build relationships and a community to support each other.
