Good

This is my third transfer with Spring, following two unsuccessful attempts. Throughout this process, Dr. Pasternak has been incredibly supportiveshe provides clear, factual information while still fostering a sense of hope. I appreciate her ability to balance professionalism with genuine empathy.

Amazing patient care and communication

Amazing patient care and communication

Your industry is hard because it is a volume business. Overall the experience has been what I expected. Places for improvement (as your business model allows): The encouraging doctors to slow down and listen to what the patient needs and wants out of this process. My doc did a great job of remembering few personal details about me and frequently referenced them, which was a nice touch! However she did not always remember our discussions regarding goals and clearly was rushing through a regular script. 2) having the care team proactively work with patients who already have children to ensure their retrieval time works for them. Both my retrievals were scheduled at times that werent convenient. The second time the communication was empathetic and respectful but that was not my experience the first time. 3) The long timing for getting receipts for reimbursement would greatly improve the experience. It also felt like communication between the care team and finance was not great. My fresh transfer was cancelled and instead of performing a reconciliation I was sent an additional bill for 5K. This feedback isnt meant to be personal but a reflection of the system and a request for admin to make a better experience for staff so that patients can have a better experience as well.

There was a nurse trying to schedule my follow up bloodwork while I was there prepped for the procedure in my gown, ready to go. I didnt have my phone with me. Its just not the right time to try to do that.

Transfer time was a bit delayed

The staff and doctors have been very nice and welcoming. The offices and rooms clean. If I had to mention any constructive feedback, it would be that there was one ultrasound appointment where the doctor was rushed and entered the ultrasound probe quickly, causing my husband to be irate after that appointment. As he stated, "she just jammed that in you". It didn't cause pain, and sequential visits were great. Also, on the day of my egg retrival, the initial nurse failed to place the IV, causing me to get poked a total of 5x, and my hand bruising for over a week. Nonetheless, she was super nice as well, and the other nurse got my IV in with the first try and barely felt it.
