There are too many times that I've been in a panic about successfully re/ordering my medications for same day or next day use due to late notice of my updated medication needs, pharmacy closures, or poor communication on behalf of the care team.

We absolutely love Spring Fertility! The team was incredible and made us feel extremely comfortable through this whole process.

I havent loved my time at Spring. It started as I first signed up with being forced to use the Salve app. I really dislike the app and resented being forced to engage in my least favorite way on a phone screen. Why not have full capabilities through a website? I was taken off guard by reception staff asking for payment during a check in and handed over a credit card only to later find I could have saved money paying in cash. I would have preferred a financial coordinator ask me for payment. During weekend monitoring appointments the on-call doctor saw me for less than 5 minutes (maybe 3?) and only checked the egg development in one ovary. After egg retrieval there was a lot of information quickly about how many had fertilized, but then an information desert for days. I had to ask a couple times before anyone gave me an update. It would have been nice to hear from my doctor after the procedure. Now I am looking at a possible second treatment but it seems there is no one who cares about whether I proceed. Things I feel are fair questions or reasonable points of confusion have been met with dismissal and what fees like annoyance (I.e. as stated in the message dated 2/4 Overall , things have felt rushed and impersonal.

I was really nervous coming into this consult and was put at ease by all the staff at Spring, both in person and through our conversations in the Salve app.

The embryo transfer experience was good. But transferring the eggs we bought from the donor bank was a nightmare trying to work with Natascha. She was lazy and unhelpful. She wasted a month by being unresponsive and unhelpful.

Absolutely amazing experience. Wonderful staff, providers, everything was excellent. Thank you all so much!
