A little more organization and transparency around schedule and contingencies would have been great. I have often been surprised by timelines to get started and felt it changed between the initial consult and when I had my periods.

Communication via salve could be more timely. I consistently feel like I need to proactively reach out for updates. Concerns could be better addressed - there have been instances where I feel like my concerns are brushed off or ignored, resulting in less than ideal egg retrieval outcomes

Really like Dr Tran and Allison and the entire experience

The egg retrieval process was better at the Sf office was better than Sunnyvale office. The nurse at the sf office made me feel a lot at ease of the process and what I should expect. The Sunnyvale office felt a bit cold. I�m not sure why but the first egg retrieval, I didn�t have any problems with the IV injections but this recent experience, it took 5 pricks to find a working vein
