I dont like that salve is an app and not a web site too

I wish I had a better understanding of how long the overall prices would take. More transference around the timeline for each component of the process would have been appreciated.

Dr. Pasternak was fantastic. If I hadnt already started treatment at UCSF I would have begun with Spring.

I came to Spring after researching your clinical results and feeling like I was going to be in the best hands with you guys, and I feel that is still probably true from a lab perspective. From a comfort perspective I have a few notes: my primary Dr though I felt comfortable with her as a clinician, I felt that she was often rushed and she didnt present a clear overall picture of the procedure and the plan. I realized later that a lot of this was in the app, but this is an emotional and complex process and navigating lots and lots of text on my phone really was a subpar experience for me and I feel like I could have used more face to face introduction to the app and the overall plan for my treatment. There were a few times dr Kim didnt knock when coming into the exam room, and I just felt in general like she could have been a little more gentle. I think its easy to forget that this is an emotional and fraught process for many of us. For the actual retrieval a little more discussion about what was going to happen and how, would have made that a little more comfortable for me. Getting put under with my legs in stirrups and a doctor between my legs was a pretty nerve wracking experience and while I trusted everyone it felt very vulnerable. While I ultimately got the answers I needed I felt like the front desk staff didnt always have answers to basic questions, like will I be able to walk to the car after? Overall Im very glad that my eggs are in the Spring lab, and my experience was fine. I just think it could have been more cohesive and supportive with a little better communication

Since our insurance is out of network its been pretty challenging to get things covered. Elizabeth has been super helpful providing paper work as needed but there are many hoops to jump through and many denied claims we are still processing.

Have had such a wonderful experience so far. My last clinic was a terrible experience and every single thing about Spring has been better and exceeded my expectations. Thank you!
