Really disappointed with my overall experience at Spring SF.

I had a great experience at Spring and have already recommended (and will continue to recommend) to my friends. My suggestion is for separate chats with patient navigator and primary nurse in the app rather than �Kim�, to keep streams of communication more organized

Overall the next steps and how long the entire process will take was not clear. At each stage things took longer than I expected. I wish at the beginning someone said, this is generally what the whole process will look like and it will take about 4 months for everything including waiting for your cycle, etc.

My main doctor was away or unavailable for most of my appointments this cycle. This resulted in me seeing alternate doctors to do my ultrasound. They often didn�t give any updates and would leave immediately afterwards. I rarely knew how many eggs I had as the doctors would leave so quickly and the nurse didn�t know either. It would have been great to have more consistent interactions with the same doctor or consistent updates.
