Nurses was very friendly and took good care of me.

I had dr.zore as my provider. She is at a conference this week. So Dr.wang did my transfer. I heard her ask the ultrasound tech where is it at one point when looking at the screen. That made me nervous that the dictor had to ask something about the location. We also didnt see the embryo go in and past transfers weve seen it. Afterwards the embryo wasnt in the catheter, so its probably in the uterus. But Im just worried about the placement. After all that hard work to not feel confident with the embryo transfer is unsettling.

Overall good but the choice of embryo was left to the last day to confirm with us and then the team trie to frantically call us over the weekend. Overall phone calls were really bad, never scheduled and always reaching out without setting up time making it super hard with work

I'd also love to give Allison a shout out. She's incredible. Quick to respond, kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. I felt so taken care of by Catherine, Allison, and the whole team. Looking forward to continuing my experience with Spring :)

I am very thankful with Dr Pasternak and all the Spring staff, all the process was smooth and I always felt accompanied and supported throughout the stimulation and on the day of the retrieval.

1. After having our embryos frozen with Spring for over 5 years, we only just learned that one of them is aneuploid. This kind of delayed and incomplete information when we thought we had more opportunities was unacceptable. 2. Before our previous transfer we receive a call from a nurse that my progesterone level looked good for the transfer next day, and an hour later we received another call saying that the previous nurse called before the doc reviewed the data and actually would need to cancel the transfer. This type of poor SOP that really damages the already vulnerable emotional state going through IVF is also unacceptable. These were just two of the more notable challenges we have experienced in the past few months of treatment.

I felt so at ease and so comfortable with everything! The team was great and they were very good with explaining the process step by step!:)

Awesome !thank you dr. Wang and her care team.
