This was my second transfer and the first went a lot better. The doctor was late and I believe a doctor-in-training did the actual transfer but the doctor kept correcting him and took over to the nurse helping with the equipment. It felt like I was being used to train on when you want to feel super confident about your embryo transfer.

I have loved my experiences at Spring again and again and again. Any issues with prescriptions has been with my insurance carrier and the pharmacy, not Spring. Super minor call out, but the bathrooms are sometimes a little dirty at the office (hair on the floor, etc) but never the toilet or sinks. I appreciate the friendly staff and the snacks are a nice touch after a blood draw.
