Just wanted to say that I originally chose to book an appointment with Spring because Ginni was so clear and knowledgable during my initial call. I was able to reach her again directly when I had follow-up questions and was ready to book the initial consult. Also want to especially appreciate Dr. Kim�s care-team nurse Bridget and pt. coordinator Erin for their thorough, compassionate, and informative hand-holding the whole way.

Ordering the medicines was a bit last minute; we had to pick one order up ourselves as it was too late to get it delivered. It also wasn�t clear that one prescription included multiple refills, so I was requesting new prescriptions unnecessarily. The team had also �forgotten� that my periods weren�t regular and I think we would have slightly changed the plan if this had been discussed first.

Was told I would receive blood test results the next day and haven�t received. I also haven�t heard from the consultant who was going to follow-up so I�d recommend sending this after those things have happened so I have the full experience. I also had issues with the pre consultation questionnaire not saving and having to redo it and it�s long!
