The biggest issue we had was getting a clear cost estimate. Unfortunately the finance team was not responsive and the communication between our care team and finance was not great

Overall experience was great - really felt supported throughout the journey

I found the doctors & level of care at Spring to be top notch. However, on the clerical side of things -- comms and organization sometimes felt a bit chaotic. A miscommunication led the team initially to prep for egg freezing rather than embryo freezing, and when I reached out for clarification, I was initially told there was no way the team could still prepare for embryo retrieval in my timeframe. Moreover, in the discussion with my patient care coordinator, it felt like it was my fault for not realizing...but my given that my partner had already completed bloodwork and genetic testing weeks in advance, for me it was pretty clear the plan was for embryos and I'm still not clear how I should have known otherwise. We ended up being able to expedite the final pieces (like the webinar, etc) to move forward as planned, but it added add'l stress at the last minute. On the day of the planned trigger, things were a bit choppy too. I went in that morning and saw the on-call doctor at 8am and was told I would "probably" trigger that evening, but to wait for confirmation from bloodwork. I was asked if I had enough meds to make it to the next day, which was didn't. So I needed to order more from Alto if the plan was to push one more day. I waited until early afternoon with no word, and then finally decided I needed to order more just in case. When 3pm rolled around with still no word, I had to proactively reach out to the care team. Within about 5 minutes of sending my message, a nurse called to confirm I should trigger. It wasn't a big deal in the end, but it wasted medication and also felt a bit chaotic that I had to track this info down when it came to something as important as the trigger. So...long story short, I loved the doctors, wonderful care team, would certainly recommend Spring, but just wish the comms were a bit better!

The paperwork was a little tricky as there were a lot of N/A fields for me but it seemed like I hadnt answered all the questions I needed to/wouldnt let me submit. Appreciated the prompt follow up and information to schedule my appointment and make sure I had everything done ahead of time. Also appreciated that the Doctor did not make me concerned about my reproductive health.

Deanna and Catherine are angels they made me feel so supported and safe. Deanna is the best pre op nurse ever!

Cathrine was super helpful and always there to support me. I had a hard time getting my itemized receipt it took about a month and a few emails to push to get it.
