We can�t recommend Spring Fertility enough. Every staff member is incredibly helpful, educated, and caring! We had a great experience.

During my 2nd cycle, I was assured that it would be no problem for me to take my medication to San Jose to administer over the weekend. Nurse recommended that I send a photo of what I'm bringing and they will be able to confirm if I have all my medications/equipments prior to my trip. I did what was recommended but did not get the help that I needed. Instead, I was incorrectly told that I was missing an injection needle, so I went out of my way to procure over the weekend. During my drive to San Jose, Spring also told me I was missing a mixing needle, which led me into a panic. Spring transferred me to Alto to try to resolve this. After being transferred from person to person, I finally learned that the info Spring provided was incorrect - I had the needle that I needed. As you know, the process can be stressful enough and is a costly and time consuming journey. Not having the right support and giving the wrong info during critical points of the process created unnecessary stress to the patient is not a good experience. Overall, I do appreciate the effort and kindness the people at Spring has shown me during ym 2 cycles. I do think the app (UI + Ease of Use) and communication can be improved upon to improve the overall experience for patients. Thank you.

The doctor often felt very rushed and didn�t seem super available to answer questions or spend much time with me. It was very in and out.

Way too expensive for a 15 min phone call that only talked about things I already wrote on the intake form. Was told sonogram cost was included but it was not.

Clinic and team is awesome! Super efficient and informative. BUT THE APP DOWNLOAD/SETUP EXPERIENCE IS TRASH. Sorry, but it's so bad. I am a very tech savvy person and it took 2 phone calls and one email to figure out how to set it up. And the forms are so hidden, and the form is so so so so incredibly long (which is to be expected, but when it's 30+ pages of forms that you're filling out on your phone and you miss a field, you need to go back through every single page to find where you missed before being able to submit). It's actually untenable! Everything else was awesome, so that's why I really feel like you need to change the app/sign up experience because it does not at all match the quality of service in the clinic. Happy to share more information as to why it was so bad if needed.
