I love my experience with spring. My only challenge was that I never got through to anyone on the phone during working hours for urgent questions. Before Salve, folx picked up the phone more :).

I have referred two of my girlfriends to Dr. Tran and they are both pregnant now. Spring is the best fertility clinic and I�m so glad to be here after being at such an awful clinic.

1. Another patient�s chart was pulled up for my ultrasound 2. Immediately after waking up from my retrieval I was given the number for how many eggs were retrieved without context that it wasn�t a final or official number. It was a much lower number than anticipated and then a few hours later I got a call and was told the number was much higher. The person who called had no idea I was given a different number so we were both confused. Plus having been confused for a different patient once before, I was nervous to believe the person who called wasn�t mistaking me for someone else. 3. Had multiple issues with medication delivery being delayed.

Happy with my outcome in terms of # of eggs, but the process to get there was very disappointing - inconsistent communication from different members of the Spring team, # of required, interactions with my assigned Dr, etc. As a result, I am already in the process of transferring my records to a different clinic for my next retrieval. That said, the app was extremely easy to use, Spring team always responded quickly and never had to wait more than a min or two in the waiting room.
