It would be very helpful if Spring finance advisor reached out before the IVF treatment to help us understand how much out-of -pocket costs would incur for our specific treatment plan, including medications and IVF lab add-ons. Also Day 5 for embryo development, the nursing team said Dr. Zore would call the next day, but that never happened.

I had a lovely experience with everyone I worked with in my time with Spring. It made an uncomfortable experience as comfortable and as easy as possible! I will be recommending to all of my friends who are looking to get help with egg freezing!

Pasternak rocks! Loved my care team day of surgery too. Anesthesiologist was great

Love the doorbell for confirmed embryo transfers. Dr. Pasternak & her team deserve raises whenever reviews come around.

It was really a lovely experience, your staff was amazing. Super friendly, reassuring and made the whole process really pleasant so thank you!!

Great service and care! Highly recommend Spring to everyone on their fertility journey.

No one told me about the pricing out of pocket. They knew about my carrot running out. But no one said it would be more expensive once I pay out of pocket. This should have been mentioned. The whole business model of spring is unethical. Its not healthcare its just a business

I have absolutely loved working with your clinic, Dr. Stark was amazing day of transfer, Nina has been incredible to work with and the embryologist who was wearing a Shiba Inu cap was so friendly and thorough

Overall I had a great experience and a great outcome, and have recommended Spring already to friends. The one thing I really am sad about is that we didnt talk about the potential of splitting eggs & embryos. I never had any idea it was even possible for me to get so many eggs (54) since wed talked about ~20 eggs in the ultrasounds, and with 20 the answer would be to do all embryos. But when we retrieved 54 eggs, I wish there was a point when we could have discussed setting aside some to freeze as just eggs as insurance for me. When I woke up from anesthetic I was loopy and within a few hours when I came-to at home and called the clinic, they said it was too late to change. I wish we had discussed ahead of time and made a better game plan, like we want enough embryos to comfortably have 2 kids so lets go for 30 eggs that we turn into embryos but if we get more than that, lets freeze them as eggs
