Happy with my outcome in terms of # of eggs, but the process to get there was very disappointing - inconsistent communication from different members of the Spring team, # of required, interactions with my assigned Dr, etc. As a result, I am already in the process of transferring my records to a different clinic for my next retrieval. That said, the app was extremely easy to use, Spring team always responded quickly and never had to wait more than a min or two in the waiting room.

My second experience of going through a frozen embryo transfer was significantly better than my first. Dr. Okeigwe, my nurse Megan, and the remaining care team did such an excellent job to ensure I felt seen, heard, and cared for. It was genuinely a pleasant experience amongst what can be an incredibly anxiety-inducing time and I�m thankful I switched to this team.

Having 6/8 tested embryos be inconclusive was very frustrating and unexpected. I hope that you will find out what caused that so that other clients don't have to experience that. Most likely it is lab related and avoidable

The communications through salve were the thing that needs most improvement, and it�s nothing to doveithbthe people. The people are great. It�s how everyone is called Kim, it�s hard to track all these different conversations with different people, but they�re all called Kim in the title of the app. How about also adding their names and their role. That would be very helpful. Instead of me having to go back thru all the covnvos to see who said what where.
