Great experience � thank you!

Good experience overall. The app was confusing at first but then very helpful and informative once I wrapped my mind around it! Felt all on my care team were supportive, but my primary care doctor was often very fast/didn�t seem there was much time for barely even one question during checkups. My nurse helped fill in the blanks though, so I still felt supported.

The staff are so kind and helpful. I would highly recommend Spring to folks looking to understand more about their fertility options

When we arrived for the embryo transfer we didn�t actually know if there were five day embryos that made it. Last we heard we had four embryos before the day of transfer. After the embryo transfer no one seemed to have information about how many more embryos we had. Someone from inside the lab had to come out and speak with us. It sounded like we had at least one more embryo which I thought would be frozen. Then today I got a call saying there are no embryos to freeze and that the one that was transferred wasn�t actually a fully developed day five embryo. No one told us that yesterday on the day of transfer. This was very upsetting news to hear and should have been shared with us the day of the transfer. I recommend on day of transfer you first tell your patients how many embryos made it and the stage of the embryo being transferred.

The doctor and care team were friendly and I felt calm before/ during the transfer procedure. The procedure itself went smooth as well.

Very poor communiCation on behalf of my care team including primary doctor (Dr. Fisher) and nurse. Options for transfer were not shared upfront and I only learned about a modified natural option upon discussion with a friend. The overall approach to the care team was quite cavalier and little consideration was given to my unique set of circumstances or wishes. Visits at the San Francisco office were delightful, Audra Krall who saw me for both ultrasounds was wonderful as were the immediate team I interacted with. Dr. Tran who performed my transfer was great.
