Dr Kim and the nurses are amazing

Only one small miscommunication on my egg retrieval day, no one took my partner to provide a semen sample. I woke up and realized he hasn�t done it yet. Would have felt more reassured if that had been completed proactively.

Everyone is super responsive and kind. There were some hiccups with ordering medications but they were quickly addressed.

Spring made a very complicated process feel easily manageable. I felt extremely care for throughout the whole process - it was great to have Spring be more of a partner so I never felt alone or confused.
