My experiences with Dr Tram were not to my liking. He did not give me time to ask questions and miscounted the number of eggs at one point. During my visit he told me I only had 9 eggs and then when I came in two days later another dr counter over 20. I would not recommend him to a peer. Dr Kim and Dr Zore were amazing

There is no privacy after egg retrieval in terms of outcomes. I could hear exactly how many eggs the person next to me got and she knew how many I got because everything is discussed out loud.

I really enjoyed working with all the care team and Dr Pasternak! Thankful to the Spring team for the amazing communication and making this a smooth process for me. The Salve app was very helpful as well to streamline everything. The videos embedded wouldn't play sounds via the app for me, but I found the same videos online. Might be on my end or an app issue to look into, but otherwise the level of communication by Spring was incredible!

Everything was perfect, apart from the communication issue with Alto/Progyny that meant a delay in ordering additional medications

We made decisions to proceed to a replacement cohort of donor eggs based on a price estimate for around $4k for services at Spring. When it came time to pay, we found the actual price was $14k but were too far along to make any changes. It was very upsetting and shocking. We would have moved forward with Spring either way but made different decisions about which donor eggs to use had we known. This discrepancy really changed our perception of the service and care provided.
