It's a little stressful to run out/low on medications while waiting for results to determine whether I need to order more. I think this aspect of the treatment process could be made more clear (e.g., "we know you are out of medication X, so we will let you know if you need to order more by this time, which will allow for same day delivery"). I always felt like my questions we responded to well, but I sometimes needed to prompt to check in on this information when it took longer than anticipated. Otherwise communication was generally pretty good throughout the process.

Nursing staff is great but providers consistently made us feel rushed throughout the process. Any questions we had always seemed to just be an inconvenience to the doctor which is not how you should feel when going through a process as emotionally, physically and financially burdensome as this. During this particular cycle, my protocol was changed mid-way through after the doctor went on PTO and I was given zero context from the provider on the rationale for this change. We were left very confused only to then feel dismissed when raising the concerns. The Number outcomes from this cycle were lower than weve ever had before, and I cant help but think it had to do with the doctors changing so many things midway through and at the end. They also indicated they couldnt do co-culture (something my doctor felt was very important for our case) which was disappointing to be informed about after the fact. Overall, it would benefit the practice significantly if the providers spent more time with the patients and took the time to explain the factors / rationale behind their recommendations and decisions. Ive referred multiple patients to Spring who have all ultimately gone through a cycle with Spring, and this feedback is consistent across the board.

Initial consult was suppose to be an hour but time spent with physician was less than 30 minutes. Would have appreciated more time with MD.

I was administered significantly more fluids than necessary and had two Emergency Room visits following my retrieval. Quite possibly the worst case scenario I have ever dealt with medically.
