Overall great experience!

The staff was really nice

Since I was able to visit with different nurses and doctors, I was able to get a feel of different personalities...I think it would be a nice reminder that even though it's routine for everyone, it's still nice to take the time to explain each step for the person going through it...why is the lining important, the reason for the follicles, step by step during the transfer, etc. Just so one understands better what's happening. As always, thank you so much for all you do and for making this process so much more at ease!

Dr. Kim and her medical team are amazing. HOWEVER, it was Dr. Tran who performed my retrieval. I ended up in the ER later that evening with abdominal bleeding, the symptoms and side effects of which I continue to get treatment for 10 days later. While Dr. Kim followed up the first few days, I never received a clear answer as to what may have happened during the procedure to have caused such devastating damage to my body and my mental health. At the VERY LEAST, Dr. Tran should have reached out to discuss the procedure. Not just for my peace of mind, but to help guide my follow up treatment. I am grateful for the number of eggs retrieved, but this experience will take me a very long time to recover from both physically, mentally and even financially. Spring�s lack of support has only made it harder, and I basically feel as if I was in a �hit and run�.

I know it's hard to create a warm and inviting environment at a fertility clinic because it's a medical facility.in a . But I sometime feel like I'm just a number of patients for the day. Maybe having the nurse have some time to do "chit-chat" with the patients may put them at ease.

My overall experience has been nothing but great. However, this is second retrieval with Spring and the recovery period at the clinic seemed to be rushed. I understand they were several patients scheduled on that day, but in comparison with my first retrieval it was definitely rushed.

Dr. Kim and Bridget are the best!

Overall I�m happy with my experience but I have a few points of feedback. 1) Salve was a little confusing to navigate, find the documents, and communicate with people at Spring. 2) It was difficult to reach Dr Pasternak when I had questions and the conversations and appointments (including an ultrasound) were extremely rushed. For example, I don�t think the time was taken to count all the eggs I had. 3) when the nurse called me after my appointment she said my eggs had been inseminated when I was only doing egg freezing. She quickly apologized and said they were just frozen and not inseminated, but it was alarming and very concerning to hear. 4) I had a higher number of immature eggs than normal and the Dr didn�t really explain why that happened to me.

The nurses were SO incredibly kind and understanding. They knew my fear of blood draws and did an excellent job keeping me calm throughout. Additionally, the responsiveness to any question I had in the app was incredible! Can�t thank this team enough for a superb experience.
