This time it was all through the app and I couldn�t figure out how to decrease the prescribed amount for my second order so ending up ordering more than I needed. I�m also a little unclear as to next steps but sure I will be able to confirm if hat in a few weeks. I was probably told at my initial appointment but it was a lot to take in at once!

I really do not like having to use my phone with the salve app. The web portal does not have messages or the option of reviewing extremely important information and so I�m forced to track everything through my phone, which is not how I want to be approaching such a huge life decision. The app keeps information in many different places making it hard to share information easily with my partner, especially because there is not a shared messaging option. I am sure this is fine for people who primarily use their phone for business but it is an obstacle for me to be able to carefully review and respond to these messages. The app / interface makes the experience much harder for us to navigate.

Dr. Pasternak and her team have been nothing but wonderful to work with. They�re easy to get ahold of, answer my questions quickly and thoughtfully, and are emphatic. The embryo transfer was very easy. I love how postive and uplifting the Spring team is about our chances!

Overall a really positive experience but a few notes for improvement - It wasn�t clear to me what number I should call if I had an urgent question, knowing that in the evenings I wouldn�t get a message back in the portal. Also my appointments with the doctor felt rushed and often transactional. I didn�t always understand the reasoning behind why I was asked to come in or not or why my meds were changed. It would�ve helped me feel even more at ease to have a bit more explanation behind the treatment schedule

The new doctor who did my transfer was a little rough with my lady bits at the first touch. I�d recommend talking to the patient about what is about to happen before you touch rather than right as it�s happening.
