Durning my first transfer, the team allowed my husband and I to have a private moment in the transfer room, which was unexpected but lovely. My second transfer did not have this experience - I think it would be great if it that was standard practice

I have recommended spring to a friend and am overall pleased with my cares with that being said I feel like the transition to the Salve app has made things feel a little less personable. It was not always clear to me that useful information had been uploaded/released on my app.

This was my second surrogacy transfer at Spring and it went as well as the first. Very quick and everyone made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole experience.

No

Frankly, this has been one of the best experiences Ive ever had with a medical facility. Every staff member is LOVELY, Ive never had to wait for a response to a question (regardless of how silly) and the patient care is exceptional. I couldnt be happier. Special shout out to my nurse Amanda and PN Erica. Audrey also did a fabulous job when I saw her too.

Thank you SO much for the flowers post transfer. I feel so taken care of and supported. Pasternaks team is amazing

Most Efficient clinic. Nurse and PN team are great. My doctor is amazing.

I was just trying to do a general initial consultation, but I had to download 2 apps (Salve and Ring Central) and make 3 accounts (Salve, Patient Portal, Ring Central), and had to fill out super long forms on Salve, Patient Portal, and DocuSign (the docusign one also was sent & then reverted multiple times). This was way too much overhead, especially for someone just exploring options and not yet sure if proceeding with Spring
