I was just trying to do a general initial consultation, but I had to download 2 apps (Salve and Ring Central) and make 3 accounts (Salve, Patient Portal, Ring Central), and had to fill out super long forms on Salve, Patient Portal, and DocuSign (the docusign one also was sent & then reverted multiple times). This was way too much overhead, especially for someone just exploring options and not yet sure if proceeding with Spring

I wish spring took Aetna insurance and I wish the financial specialist could have advised me to not bill my meds through insurance but to pay for them directly as it would have saved me several thousands of dollars. The spring team is super efficient and friendly and knowledgeable.

My IVF cycle failed and I wish Spring would have educated me on how to maximize my chance of IVF success and what�s the best way to improve egg quality. We were only informed by the Provider to �eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly� which is too generic

This was my third round of egg freezing at Spring Fertility. The process was well planned & monitored; communication was proactive & timely. My Doctor, Patient Navigator, Nurse were very professional, caring & efficient. The other team members at Spring who took care of me during monitoring appointments, Nurses, Staff, Anesthesian, everyone were very efficient too. I feel grateful for getting a chance to freeze my eggs, thanks to Spring Fertility for making this happen!

financial needs to work harder to provide itemized receipts for reimbursement!
