The administration throughout the process was not great. Tons of questions and confusion around a lot of the process, including financial information. An information packet and �take home� information would be much more effective than phone calls and endless emails. An example of the confusion was that we weren�t asked about surrogacy before our egg retrieval and that meant our pre-retrieval tests weren�t done, leading to a future follow-up / more work. Feels like basic admin things were more challenging than they needed to be.

I received different messaging in terms of the size of the follicles during ultrasounds depending on who executed the ultrasound, for one person some were too small and not worth of counting for other they looked promising

As all of the injections are self-administered, and most happen between the hours of 7pm and 10pm, I feel there is a need to have someone available to answer questions during those hours, as there is so much room for error and so much anxiety surrounding the shots and potential mistakes. That would really add to the patient experience. Everything else is done so well.

For the portal communication, it would have been great for my husband to also receive the specific messages for medications. That would have helped remove some of the onus on me and make it more a shared responsibility. I wish I could have opted into something like that.
