It felt very to much that I was a number. After my retrieval I was throwing up a ton and couldn�t reach the on all doctor. The in all nurse said she�d send a prescription that night and she didn�t.

The overall experience was great! One piece of feedback - I felt there was a bit of confusion and lack of communication in the beginning during first patient navigator conversation and during the ovulation testing phase in terms of what was going on - I felt in the dark about what the next steps were when my OPKs were not giving me a positive ovulation test, and I never really got an answer as to why they weren't working and why I didn't need to take the aygestin. Once I began my baseline ultrasound and the nurses took over communication in Salve and I saw Dr. Zore in ultrasound appointments I felt that the communication was much clearer and I understood what was going on. The nurses and care team on the day of the retrieval were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was so welcoming and communicative and really helped calm any nerves. I felt safe and taken care of. Thanks to the whole Spring team!

I've really been happy to work with Dr Kim. She's professional, understanding, and respectful. And I don't know if I consented to information about my retrieval, results, etc being left on voicemail but I'd suggest against this in general. It's pretty sensitive information, regardless of outcome, to receive emotionally via a VM. I did request that our blastocysts/day 6 report was not left on VM but it was. Fortunately I called back and spoke to someone on the phone instead of listening to the VM.

Everything at spring feels very rushed and somewhat like an assembly line. I would recommend more communication in the beginning when a patient is deciding whether or not to choose spring and allowing patients to ask clarifying questions with the Dr again to confirm all that they�ve talked about and treatment plan.
