For both retrievals I got varying information on where and when to show up to the retrieval. This was confusing

I found the nursing staff super helpful. I had very little interaction with my doctor during the monitoring (it felt rushed) and then last minute she said she wouldn�t be there for my retrieval. I would�ve appreciated a bit more of a relationship there, especially since this is a grueling process.

During my initial consultation, I was told that they do you have a supplement list that they recommend, however I wasn�t sent that list until I was starting to treatment at which time I was told that there�s evidence it could be beneficial when started to the three months ahead of the treatment, and no evidence supporting, it would be helpful if just started during the treatment. This was very disappointing as I wanted to do everything I could, and my initial consultation was about two months ahead of my treatment time, so I had plenty of time to start the supplements if I had actually been provided the information. I think this is an important and overlooked step in communication that should be happening at the time of consultation. I mean actually providing that information that is.

I love all my nurses , Laurel , Allison, and few more always there to answer . Laurel you are so amazing and so quick in responding and making it easy . Allison you too were there when ever Laurel was away . Dr. Tran is fantastic and I always felt safe in his hands . Thank you Spring team ??
