One was when she sent us a modified natural schedule when the dr wanted us to do a controlled cycle and the communication around when to order the pieo vials given their expiration date was a little unclear. I got the information I needed by asking clarifying questions, but given the high stress nature of this process, it would help to have a tighter communication loop just so I feel we aren't making any mistakes here. Overall, I appreciate how kind and responsive she was and how she met us in person at the transfer.

My transfer was exceptionally painful, well above the mild discomfort I was told to expect. I dont think the care team could have done much to change that, but it would have been easier for me if I was prepared for it appropriately. Please consider speculums that fit patients, as opposed to a one size fits all approach. Please also consider the drappin during the procedure such that there is still some semblance of coverage for the patient. This procedure was both painful and terribly humiliating for me. The dr was understanding and seemed sympathetic to what I was going through.
