Dr. Kim and the entire Spring team were wonderful to work with! I would highly recommend Spring to anyone.

My visit with Dr. Zore was not great. I did not feel welcomed. I had some medication issues which could have been better. Allison and Dr. Tran were both amazing!

From start to finish this has been a great experience - friendly staff across the board, the gifts (box of chocolate and flowers), timeliness of appointments, the relaxing environment that�s created in the office (from decor to massage/heated chairs). These were all amazing things. However, what stood out most to me was that during appointments the medical staff already new my medical history. They weren�t reading off a chart when they came into the room and didn�t say �now let�s see what is your history again�. The fact that they took the time to remember the patient before entering the room really felt like/showed that they cared for each of their patients. No matter the outcome of this process, thank you so much!

I had a call with Dr Zore after the procedure but it was completely pointless. I thought she would share new insights about how it went but she had nothing to add beyond the embryo report. It last 1.5 minutes. I also had an ongoing issue with Natera who had been told to bill Spring rather than my insurance. I had to ask multiple times for Spring to send a new requisition form. I think it was Finance who didn�t do this, then eventually Nina did it. It should have been set up right from the start.

I truly could not be more pleased with the experience at Spring. Dr Kim and her team were all so empathetic, patient, and kind in a process that is stressful and emotional. 10 stars for all. Special shout out to Bridget, Dr Kim, my intake nurse day of procedure, and Melissa.
