Everyone at the Spring team was amazing. I always felt informed and they were super responsive to my questions. They make the scary and complicated process of egg freezing so easy! 10/10 would recommend.

You all are the best � thank you for making a stressful process so easy, and for being so supportive and positive! The nursing team is incredible, and I love Dr. Pasternak so much. My transfer was on a weekend so I had the doctor on call. Dr. Zore couldn�t have been more lovely!

I had some snafus with ordering my medication, that took a couple hours for me to sort out, which was challenging but luckily my team told me what I needed far in advance of when I actually needed it, so it was less stressful than it could�ve been.

The singular thing that I wish had been mentioned was that Alto Pharmacy doesn�t deliver on Sundays and how to ensure I�m not stressed about medication should my dose increase over the weekend. I had a fabulous experience overall. I�ll be back for another retrieval and have already recommended Spring, Dr Kim, and her care team to my friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Overall it has been great so far! The one piece of feedback on transfer day is that it would have been great for them to explain step by step what was happening when they inserted our embryo. We were watching the screen but couldn't tell what was happening & it went by so fast! We wanted to try to see the moment it was transferred and maybe take a picture.
