I feel so lucky to have had such supportive and caring providers throughout this whole process. I will forever be grateful to the team at Spring.

I love being able to chat with the patient navigators and nurses via the portal on day to day stuff, but I think communication around the overall plan has been a little lacking. We were disappointed by the results of our 6 day report, but we won�t be able to talk about what happened or how to do better in the next cycle until the day of our next baseline ultrasound at the start of our next cycle. We did have a phone consult scheduled with the doctor, but this isn�t happening until we�re half way through our next cycle (we�re doing back to back).

Dr. Pasternak has the best bedside manner of any doctor I�ve encountered. It is rare to find someone with her expertise that exudes warmth, always feels present, and truly takes the time to understand your needs.

We had such a positive experience at Spring. Dr. Pasternak, Nurse Amanda, and the rest of the team were incredibly empathetic and helpful, answering our questions/concerns in a timely and thoughtful manner. I�m normally scared/nervous with medical matters but I felt so comfortable at Spring!

The events leading up to my transfer were not great. The experience at the transfer was great.

Dr.Pasternak and her team are the absolute best! I wish she was my doctor for everything.

Clinic is very efficient, effective, and accommodating for volume of patients seen. Time with primary provider was limited but I trusted his expertise and his care team was very responsive.

Wonderful experience, great staff support, Dr. Zore was amazing, Catherine and Nina were informative and very responsive. highly recommend
