I had an outstanding experience at Spring! It was the best medical experience I�ve ever had. I work in marketing so can especially appreciate how smooth the user flow/patient experience has been through all the touch points. The only really minor suggestion I have is to set expectations on how quick the monitoring appointments are. They felt a bit abrupt at times, but I think if I knew ahead of time the goal was just to look at the follicle sizing that could be helpful.

My consult meeting with the doctor was nice, but the ultrasound was very rushed and the end of the meeting was super confusing. We were thrust unexpectedly into immediately doing an insane amount of optional blood work and testing that is not covered by our insurance. No one asked if I was comfortable and prepared to draw blood that day and then it ended up being an order for 10+ vials, including some that were already taken in the last two months! Once I advocated and had the recent (duplicate) tests removed, it was still NINE vials and the nurse quickly jammed a needle into my arm, but couldn�t find the vein. She did a second jab and then couldn�t get more than a small drip of blood. On the other arm that she tried next we were able to draw a second vial, but now it was a very stressful situation. After another try (all of this resulting in bruising as you�d expect), I asked to call this off since the doctor had not explained any of this to me. Next up, I receive a cost estimate for Natera today this is more than double the estimate I received from Natera two months ago when my obgyn ordered the same test. I am appalled at the last of patient conversations and information shared and am unfortunately going to rethink if we will be using Spring moving forward.

I LOVE Dr. Pasternak and her team! While I didn�t get the results I was hoping for, I am confident that she will adjust the protocol as needed to find what will work best for my body!
