Dr Tran was very helpful in discussing my options.

Pasternak and her care team are wonderful! Thank you again.

Very good experience! Loved Dr Pasternak. Not a fan of the app, not easy to use, very clunky access. Overall very good exp though

The only reason I gave low stars to the registration process is that it was pretty confusing . There was stuff coming at me through the app as well as via email from spring as well as my insurance company (which also had an app of its own). But I appreciated the spring staff helping me though. It felt like things could be simpler though.

Overall my experience with all department staff were exceptional except for the finance department. I have been through four finamace counselors and my experience were the same- unsatisfactory. That department seemed disconnected and I empathetic to the patients journey. That department doesnt seem connected to the rest of the departments. It seems too much of a money driven department which causes the whole experience at Spring to lack the full exceptional experience. With the four financial counselors Ive worked with, all have left me reading every detail and querying the items and then later to be corrected. This is worrying if theres certain discrepancies in the cost, that means I will cant trust that information was communicated correctly from my providers team to the finance department. There are not small figures as well. There was also a long exchange of what certain things cost when all the staff had to do was review my file meticulously. Then the staff would come back and used blanket statements of why it cost certain price, so then I looked back at my previous cost letters which contradicted what was communicated to me. The whole experience with the finance department felt like a car dealership experience. This is the area that Spring can improve one. It feels like the staff here is not properly trained, which is also concerning if patients are dealing with large sums.
