ASC team was top notch during my retrieval

The Salve app is terrible.

ASC team was top notch during my retrieval

Felt like there could have been more support post-op (follow up appointments/ ultrasound to make sure everything was okay after the fact when bloating was extreme and ovaries are very large). Ive heard of other providers doing more post-op care and think this would have been helpful as the post-op implications (bloating, OHSS, severe period pain) were not made as clear as the pre op process.

I always appreciate the positivity and kindness every member of the team shows when you go into the office. From the nurse taking your blood and saying good luck. It makes you feel like you arent just a number. With all that said, reviving the flowers from your team today is icing on the cake. Thank you for all of the support. The little things really make all the difference and know that I made the right choice in choosing you as my fertility clinic. Thank you again

Every person I interacted with was so lovely. Even the nurse I called on a Sun afternoon was so quick to respond and kind. I adore the team I have- Sara, Cassidy, and I got to work with Audrey again who is the best. Thank you! You run a well oiled machine. :)

Great great experience with everyone and the whole process! Thank you so so much!

Bridget (my nurse) was exceptional and was essential to my overall feeling of support during this process. I know the Salve app is new for Spring, but I will say I felt some confusion about what info would be in the app and where, versus the document portal, and what would be in docs vs. messages vs. results. It's odd to me that I have no way of checking my payment history or balance for my payment plan, and there are some things in the cost letter that are worded super confusingly and I would suggest be reworded (especially around when the first annual storage payment is due.) Priscilla, my financial advisor, was super defensive when I was trying to get clarification, rather than supportive. These are just notes in an otherwise overall solid experience - I learned a lot, but I really appreciated the warm and friendly front desk staff and overall it was a good process!

Overall, I really appreciated the care I received from the Spring team. Dr. Kim is wonderful. However, I did feel like the side effects from the medications and post-op were overly minimized, at least in my case. I struggled with my recovery after both cycles and took at least 2 weeks to feel somewhat back to normal. In my case, if I had known this was a possibility, I could have better prepared by taking more time off of work. Its a gift to be able to preserve your fertility, but its not without costfinancial, physical, emotionaland women should be aware of the toll it can take.

After I woke up from my procedure, I felt a lot of pressure from the nurse to get ready to leave. I felt rushed and was asked if I can change in the rest area because the bathroom was being used. Also, instead of Dr Pasternak telling me my results or another doctor the nurse told me and then made it clear it was time to leave. I later found out that after Dr Pasternaks procedure with another client completed she came to see me and was told that I had already left. I feel like this could have been better executed as it would have been nice to take the time to recover and talk to the doctor to see how everything went during the surgery. This was a bit of a disappointment.
