After I woke up from my procedure, I felt a lot of pressure from the nurse to get ready to leave. I felt rushed and was asked if I can change in the rest area because the bathroom was being used. Also, instead of Dr Pasternak telling me my results or another doctor the nurse told me and then made it clear it was time to leave. I later found out that after Dr Pasternak�s procedure with another client completed she came to see me and was told that I had already left. I feel like this could have been better executed as it would have been nice to take the time to recover and talk to the doctor to see how everything went during the surgery. This was a bit of a disappointment.

Everything about my experience with Spring was great

I�ve loved my experience at the SF office and on May 29th I went to the Oakland office for a final appointment. It was inconsistent with the SF office. The front desk encouraged me to go to the bathroom, which I�ve never been asked in SF. The bloodwork was sort of brutal because she was tugging on the tourniquet too hard and for too long to remove it which caused the needle to wiggle around in my vein poking me unnecessarily. Then, during the ultrasound part of the appointment, the admin who stands in the room was on her iPad standing at the foot of the bed facing me while I�m undressed and reclined. The rooms there are small, but she should have found anywhere else in the room to stand. Lastly the ultrasound lasted six or seven minutes. Dr. Kim does my ultrasounds in about one minute, so this felt very weird. I�ve found ultrasounds from doctor to doctor to be the most inconsistent at Spring. Overall, not a good experience in the Oakland office, though everyone was incredibly polite.

Dr Pasternak and the team at Spring are exceptionally caring and kind. My partner and I felt safe and cared for the entire experience and we couldn�t be more grateful for the team at Spring.

Bridget was amazing! So helpful and responsive. My lowest score was on medications being ready to order. This was more of a function of me doing outside monitoring and moving far away which meant that springs typical vendors were not viable. I think it all worked out but it was less smooth than when I lived nearby me used alto for everything

Dr. Kim is kind, caring and professional. I feel confident with her treatment which is a huge thing to feel during this process. The nurses and care team did a wonderful job this cycle.
