Onjira needs major feedback and retraining. She didn�t not have good information for us, was always responding to my questions saying �I know this is an anxious time� (I was not anxious just seeking info) and worst of all she revealed the gender of our embryo when I asked her how Dr Tran would select an embryo if we had him pick! This has been repeated in my experiences with her and a friend who is going through the process has also had a bad experience

It is important for all providers to ask for consent to have training staff present for procedures. This has been standard during my ultrasound appointments and the medical assistants have been great. Unfortunately, during my transfer, the physician did not ask for consent before having a training male doctor be present for the procedure and didn't introduce him until asked. Furthermore, this was the second time in a row this happened. This time prior to the procedure we specifically made it clear this would not be OK with us, and the physician went ahead and had the training doctor come without my consent. I'm very disappointed in this experience and will be changing doctor's.

I found communication via telephone to be very difficult. Often times it would ring and ring then I would leave a voicemail and not get a phone call back. I only had success reaching someone through the salve app. If it would be great if there were direct phone numbers or extensions so I could reach who I wanted to talk to.

Everything was great, I have a few recommendations: 1) it would be nice if my partner and I were on a group message vs separate messaging. 2) for maturity, fertilization reports and blastocyst numbers, it would be nice if we could opt into messaging vs phone calls. If we have any questions we can message.
