Trying to get my endometrin medication was beyond difficult to get the day before my transfer which caused extreme stress.

Coordination with Alto is a little annoying especially when the order comes in close to the same day delivery request cutoff of 4:30. Otherwise everything is wonderful.

I had completed an egg freezing last year, what I noticed this year was wait times were longer. I also was told to come very early for procedure and ended up waiting until normal arrival time before being taken to surgical prepping area. So unfortunately wait times were longer this time, where I noticed last year was very prompt. However, I still had a good experience

The insurance handling was very stressful. I repeated multiple times on how to submit as it wasn't properly submitted

yes, and doctor pasternak is awesome. the only piece of feedback i'd share is that the nurses were chatting in the room where the patients sleep after the procedure, and you can hear them when you are trying to rest. it would be nice for them to be quiet and let the patient sleep.
