I truly felt cared for and empowered during the process!

There are some small hidden costs that were annoying. I feel like if someone pays over 15k they shouldn�t have to pay the $1.11 for the post op hydrocodone. I was also billed 5.31 by lap corp and I feel like Spring should be on the hook for that. Also, I was charged for 65 for estradiol and 80 for progesterone, but I only received ayegestin. I�d like to be reimbursed for medications I never received or used.

The financial advisor gave me wrong advise and information multiple times. That was highly frustrating and caused anxiety. Hope that can be fixed asap

Overwhelmingly have felt so taken care of throughout the entire process. 110% would recommend - and have! So thankful for the team. Dr Zore is amazing and Christine has been my rock! We switched clinics and I�m so thankful we did.

Please make it easier for patients to get cost info. I felt like I was the coordinator relaying info between care team and finance to ensure I could get costing info.

Please make sure to the all is linked to the correct videos, would hate for a patient to administer their meds or dose incorrectly! (I know the app is new and generally love how efficient it is)
